Frequently Asked Questions.
Revisions take place inside Hedgehog. When your email is ready to be viewed, you will get a notification via email and/or slack via Hedgebot.
If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, you can request revisions using our internal chat system. We will have your revisions done the same day that they are requested.
There are two main ways to stay in the loop:
1). Emails.
Whenever your email is ready to be reviewed by you or a message sent from one of our team members, we will send you an email update. You can turn off email updates any time in your settings.
2). Hedgebot.
Available in all plans, Hedgebot allows you to integrate directly to your Slack channel and receive notifications about the status of your emails and messages from our team members.
Currently, we support export to Klaviyo & ActiveCampaign. This is done by plugging in your Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign private API key to the integration section in your profile. You can read more about exporting here
You can still freely download the HTML/CSS file of your email and upload it to any ESP you like.
Awesome! Our default plans are shown above but if you need something custom, reach out to our team and we can provide pricing and services (almost) any amount of emails needed.
There is no free trial at the moment. If you want to test to see our platform and the quality of our emails, we recommend the Hedge My Bet plan for $59/mo.
